You booked a service with me! Now what?

Since I'm just starting out and can't offer client reviews or a portfolio of my work, I want to walk you through what a booking with me will entail!

First, we're going to have a conversation. This may be done through email or phone call, whichever works best for you!

This conversation will differ depending on the service that you book but I'm going to want to learn about you and your business (if you're looking for help with a social media profile, I'll get to know you and the specifics of your online presence). The more I know about you and your business, the better and more accurately I can represent you in the work I do.

During this conversation we'll also discuss how I'm going to do the job you hired me for. For example: If you booked a profile audit, i'm going to ask about your social media presence, what platforms you're on, for those url's so I can look at them and your audience, what your goals are etc. If you want to increase followers to a specific platform I'm going to focus on where your audience comes from on that platform. If that's a search platform, i'll recommend how to improve your SEO (search engine optimization) and your page in general to have a better chance of being found on search engines.

Of course this is just an example but the main goal of each service is to best recommend and help you with your goals as related to the service.

A reminder, as is listed in our terms and conditions, no results or growth is guaranteed! It is up to the client whether they implement the recommendations and even then it is impossible to guarantee results or growth but my promise to the client is that I will, in good faith, do everything I am capable of to help you meet your marketing/business goals.
